The National Monuments Service's description
Raised circular area (int. diam. 46.2m) enclosed by a massive earthen bank and a wide, deep, partly waterlogged fosse. Break in bank with accompanying causeway at SE represents original entrance. Small circular platform to NW of centre of interior may represent a house site.
