The National Monuments Service's description
Rectangular single-storey structure; gable-ended; on grounds of St. Fachtna's Cathedral (CO143-023008-), Rosscarbery. Hexagonal ashlar columns on corners. Large window opes with hood mouldings; ornate wooden tracery similar to church nearby. Lean-to entrance along W wall. Still in use as parochial hall.
