The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on NNE-facing slope. Circular area (42m N-S; 42m E-W) enclosed by stone-faced earthen bank (H 1.7m); external fosse W->SSW (D 0.5m). Gaps in bank to NE, SSW and NW. Interior raised slightly to NW above level of surrounding field.
