The National Monuments Service's description
On a grassy platform, beneath a ridge, on the SW side of Dromore Hill. This is one of a group of five cairns (see CO119-117----; CO119-117002-; CO119-117003-; CO119-117004-) that are situated E-W along the platform. This is an oval-shaped cairn (1.2m x 1m; H 0.35m) situated 5m to the W of one of the other cairns (CO119-117----) and c. 3.4m to the E of another (CO119-117002-).
