The National Monuments Service's description

On a grassy platform, beneath a ridge, on the SW side of Dromore Hill. This is the easternmost of a group of five cairns (see CO119-117001-; CO119-117002-; CO119-117003-; CO119-117004-) that are situated E-W along the platform. This is an oval grass-covered cairn (3m NE-SW; 2.5m NW-SE; H 0.6m) that consists of stones varying in size from 0.10m to 0.30m. One of the other cairns (CO119-117001-) is situated 5m to the W.
