The National Monuments Service's description
In rough hill pasture, on bog, on the N bank of the Kealincha River. The jumbled remains of an oval hut site (8m NE-SW; 6.8m NW-SE) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.65m; H 0.4m), which includes some large stones in its lower courses. Rubble is scattered internally and externally and the entire hut site is obscured by rushes. A rath (CO115-006----) and a network of pre-bog field boundaries (CO115-079----) are at the opposite bank of the river, c. 60m to the SE.
