The National Monuments Service's description

Entered from road at NE corner; rectangular graveyard (c. 70m E-W; c. 50m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (max. int. H 1.4m) with shallow external fosse. Heavily overgrown and apparently no longer in use; accessible headstones date from early 19th century, also visible some low uninscribed gravemarkers. Burial enclosure, of 19th century date, in SW corner. In centre are ruins of parish church of Leighmoney (CO111-026002-).
