The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, atop hill. Circular area (26.5m N-S; 26.1m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.75m); external fosse (D 0.45m). Bank stone-faced internally SW->N. Break in bank to SE and W. Myler (1998, 30) records 'a second outer bank on the SW with a height of 3ft.'
