The National Monuments Service's description
This monument was reported by archaeologist Tony Miller who describes it as follows: "Small hut site partially dug into a steep south facing slope and close to the northern bank of a stream. Immediately upstream of, that is west of, a house (CO104-044) and hut site previously recorded. It measures c. 2m N-S; c.1.6m E-W with walls of dry stone build surviving to maximum height of c. 0.8m. Possible entrance at southern end c. 0.5m in width. The slope above the northern end has a small level area cut into it which could have provided a shelf area for storage."
