The National Monuments Service's description
120m N of mine (CO102-023---); near-horizontal working driven 360°into base of S-facing rock scarp. Interior dry with loose rubble floor; stone mauls on surface. Overall length 4.15m; entrance (Wth 1.1m; H 0.8m), interior (Wth 1.9m; H 1.3m). No definite fire-worked profiles; numerous small stalactite-like growths on mine walls. No extant spoil dumps outside working. (O'Brien 1987).
