The National Monuments Service's description
Located in Ardgroom on E bank of Ownagappul river. Ivy-clad 3-bay, 1-storey mill with addition to E. Wheel pit along S gable (Wth 1.65m); wooden axle in situ (diam. 0.4m). Pair of carding drums survive. Now used as farmbuilding. Mill race taken from river to S.
