The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture on SE-facing slope. Described in O.S. Name Books for 1st ed. map as '12 irregular stones, the largest of which stands in a slant direction supported by another in the south end of the heap. It is about 5.5 ft long, 3.5 ft broad and 2.5 ft thick....'. No visible surface trace.
