The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture. Roughly circular area (35.3m E-W; 32m N-S) enclosed by low earthen bank (max. H 0.75m) to N, E and S. Bank on S side incorporates remains of limekiln (CO095-014001-); ruined stone facing visible to NW where once incorporated into field fence system. Laneway crossing interior from N to S on 1842 OS 6-inch map indicated by parallel undulations. Interior surface uneven; small cairn of field clearance stones in NW quadrant.
