The National Monuments Service's description

On W-facing slope near N end of narrow valley of Coomhola river. Centrally placed within multiple-stone circle (CO092-00101-). Two support stones visible beneath cover-stone (1.3m x 1m; T 0.6m). Top of quartz stone exposed 0.5m to NE (Ó Nualláin 1978, 85, no. 6).
