The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on ESE-facing slope. Circular raised area (31m N-S; 30m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.1m; ext. H 3m) E->W; low scarp elsewhere. Fosse (D 1.6m) survives externally to SW; used as dump for field clearance stones. Bank stone-faced internally ESE->W; ruined lime kiln inscarp to NE. Interior slopes gently down to E; posible souterrain (CO082-052002-). Roadway skirts enclosure W->ESE. Field fences to S of enclosure levelled.
