The National Monuments Service's description

On E side of Grattan St. Three separate buildings, the earliest facing the street; 2-storey with shallow central 2-bay breakfront, flanked by 2-bays on either side; breakfront framed by quoins; triangular pediment atop; details in cut limestone; late 18th century in appearance; buildings to rear 19th century in appearance. Two plaques re-set on N face of rearmost building comemmorate building of meeting hall in 1777 and rebuilding in 1833 (O'Shea 1943).
