The National Monuments Service's description
Roofless, 3-storey late 18th/early 19th century house on elevated site overlooking Youghal Harbour. Entrance front (E) of 5 bays; central porch entrance; two rooms deep. Rock-cut passage at rear, parallel to house, roofed with brick vault. Cut limestone piers at entrance.
