The National Monuments Service's description
Listed as a 'potential site - aerial photo' in the SMR (1988) and as a ‘quarry’ in the RMP (1998). Soilmark (GSI, W205) shows oval mark in field. Oblique aerial photograph (Dr. D.D.C. Pochin Mould) shows irregular hollow in tillage. This is most probably a quarry. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant accepting this as the location of an archaeological monument.
