The National Monuments Service's description
Embedded in top of mound at penitential station (9303), surrounded on three sides by quartzite stones. Flat, subrectangular top (0.57m N-S; 0.49m E-W), with central oval hollow (0.25m x 0.23m; D 0.06m). Second bullaun stone (9238) at SE edge of mound.
