The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on break in N-facing slope at base of Bailocke Mountain. Circular area (41.5m E-W; 39.5m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.8m); external fosse (max. D 0.8m) survives to S and W, partially infilled. Bank broken to N (Wth 1m), E (Wth 3.5m) and W (Wth 2m). Collapsed overgrown lime kiln against ENE bank; bank stone-faced both internally and externally. Interior partially overgrown with briars, slopes gently down to N.
