The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on E-facing slope. Circular area (51.5m E-W; 49m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 2.55m; ext. H 1.35m); external fosse (D 1.5m). Inner face of bank stepped to N and to a lesser extent to W. Break in bank to NE (Wth 2.85m) and S (Wth 2.3m). Fosse used as trackway to N and W. Grass-covered interior slopes down to E; possible souterrain (CO040-07302-) in NW quadrant.
