The National Monuments Service's description

Two-storey house; now called Boherash House. Entrance front (E) of 5 bays; central porch entrance; sash windows with glazing bars. Double gable-ended with chimneys on gable ends. Rear section earlier in appearance with steeply pitched roof and attic windows (now blocked) in gable ends. Central stairway window on rear elevation. According to inscribed slate found by owner, house built in 1840s; this likely date for front of house- rear probably 19th century. Two-storey mid-/late-19th century farm building to rear.
