The National Monuments Service's description

In level pasture. Circular platform (26.5m E-W) raised c. 0.45m above surrounding field level, defined by V-shaped fosse (D 1.05m) and external earthen bank (int. H 1m; ext. H 1m). Bank substantial, higher than internal platform and heavily overgrown; break to SSE. Enclosure heavily overgrown on N side where bank extends into field boundary system.
