The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on elevated rock outcrop. Roughly circular area (diam. c. 39m) defined by fosse (D 0.6m; Wth at base 4.6m) with external bank (int. H 0.6m to base of fosse; ext. H 0.45m). Bank ill-defined on E side. Fosse and bank removed by quarry to NW and to SSW. Interior level.
