The National Monuments Service's description

Not shown on 1842 and 1904 OS 6-inch maps; shown on 1937 OS 6-inch map as rectangular area (c. 30m N-S; c. 20m E-W) defined by broken line, with church site (14474) in interior. In pasture, on W-facing slope. Levelled c. 1974; according to local information, site was enclosed by low bank (H 0.3m). Bowman (1934, 498) noted burial ground was 'circular, diam. 21 yards and...2ft higher than the surrounding field. There is no fence'. He names adjoining field to E 'Pairc a tSagairt - The Priests field'.
