The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on gentle NNW-facing slope. Circular area (diam. 20m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.85m); external fosse (D 0.65m). Bank incorporated into field fence system to NNE and SE; break to E (Wth 5m) and SSW (Wth 5m). Fosse waterlogged; recut as drain to NNE, cutting back outer face of bank. Interior used as passageway to S and as dumping ground to N.
