The National Monuments Service's description

On S side of Awbeg River, just above steep slope; c. 100 N of road in grounds of Wallstown House. Subrectangular graveyard (c. 45m N-S; c. 23m E-W) enclosed by low overgrown wall; cut-stone entrance piers with gate in S wall; interior raised c. 1.5m above level of surrounding terrain. Ruin of parish church of Wallstown (14456) in centre. In occasional use; most headstones to S of church, a few within; earliest headstone noted dated 1794. Some low uninscribed gravemarkers noted, particularly SW of church. Holy well (13975) c. 350m to SE.
