The National Monuments Service's description
Mid/late 19th-century farm house (long axis N-S) at end of lane to W of road. Front (E) of 4 bays; plate-glass sash windows with wooden lintels and sills; off-centre door to N with projecting jambs covered with over-hanging thatch; attic windows in end walls. Hipped roof with thatch; brick chimney off-centre to N. Whitewash peeling off walls, exposing mud construction using straw for binding. Abandoned in 1976. According to owner, built 150 years ago.
