The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture. Raised circular area (39.5m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.2m); external fosse (D 1m) survives undisturbed NNW->NE; recut for use as watercourse NW->NNW and material from digging dumped on bank. Break in bank to NW (Wth 3.2m); causewayed entrance (Wth c. 2m) to SSW, blocked by fallen trees. Interior raised above level of surrounding field and heavily overgrown.
