The National Monuments Service's description

At NE side of Charleville; now part of Golden Vale industrial complex. North wall butts against enclosing S wall of Charleville House (14930). Roofless, rectangular 4-storey structure (c. 20m N-S) with short projecting walls on S elevation; formerly had hipped roof. East elevation of 6 bays: small rectangular window opes with wooden lintels; two wide lintelled ground-floor doors (one blocked). West elevation has two doors, one lintelled, the other arched. Three iron tie braces hold building together. Mill stream, now partly piped, flows under SE corner of mill. Named 'Barrack Mill' on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Building demolished subsequent to site inspection.
