In flat marshy field, formerly part of demesne of Charleville House (14930). Immediately NE of walled field which may have been site of Charleville House are four identical square water-logged depressions (L c. 30m) with sloping grassy sides (Wth 2m; D 1.6m) divided by the crossing of two causeways (Wth c. 8m) running NE-SW and NW-SE. Gap in wall to SW may be remains of gateway which lines up with NE-SW causeway.
