In level pasture. Depicted as hachured, roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) on 1842 and 1905 OS 6-inch maps; as hachured mound (diam. c. 16m) surrounded by fosse and outer bank on 1936 OS 6-inch map. Fosse shown on 1936 OS 6-inch map as solid lines with gaps to NE and S. According to local information, levelled c. 1959. Slight rise may indicate line of bank to SW; dark band of grass indicates line of fosse to E. Circular enclosure visible in aerial photograph (GSIAP, R584) as cropmark of bank and internal fosse. Possible ringfort (13053) lies c. 200m to NE.
