The National Monuments Service's description

A trapezoidal shaped limestone graveslab (L 1.25m; Wth at top 0.77m; Wth at base 0.68m) lying E-W in the chancel of Quin Abbey church (CL042-027002-) immediately E of the crossing tower. The lower part of the stone is broken off at an angle. There is a very worn inscription at the top in raised Roman capitals possibly ending in the letters '...MOC'.
