The National Monuments Service's description

Situated at the E end of a slight ENE-WSW ridge. Listed as 'Enclosure' in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). An oval grass-covered area (dims. 61m E-W; 48.6m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.8m at SW to 1.4m N-E). There is no visible entrance. There are modern entrances at NNE and SW but an original entrance cannot be identified.
