The National Monuments Service's description

At the summit of a hill within a coniferous forest. Listed as 'Enclosure' in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). A subcircular scrub-covered area (diam. c. 30-35m) defined by a bank (Wth 4.2m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1.2m) NW-NE and by a scarp (H 1.8-2m) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse or entrance.
