At the W edge of a terrace, on the W-facing slope of a N-S ridge in pasture. Named ‘Dermot and Grania’s Bed’ on the 1840 and 1920 OS 6-inch maps. A rectangular chamber (c. 2m E-W; c. 1.45m N-S; max. H 1.7m), of which only the SW end is visible, consists of two side-stones and a single roofstone (2.5m E-W; c. 2.15m; T 0.3-0.4m). It is obscured by an overgrown cairn augmented with field stones (diam. c. 6m; max. H 1.9m). (Borlase 1897, vol. 1, 81, No. 3; Westropp 1900-02, 90; de Valera and Ó Nualláin 1961, 64)
