The National Monuments Service's description

Near the top of a gentle S-facing slope in improved pasture. Indicated on the OS 25-inch plan (1897) and the Cassini edition (1920) of the OS 6-inch map. This almost levelled subcircular enclosure (int. diams. 38.5m N-S; 31.8m E-W; ext. dims. 45m N-S; 39m E-W) is defined by the remains of a very low and wide grass-covered bank (Wth 2.5-4.5m; max. H 0.1m). There is another almost levelled enclosure (CL017-078002-) c. 25m to the S.
