The National Monuments Service's description

Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). Hachured as an enclosure on the 1st edition OS 6-inch map but shown as a quarry on the 1916 edition. A slight quarry or dip, backing onto a field wall at NW, defined by a drystone wall (Wth 2m; H 0.5m at SE) which has collapsed into a spread.
