The National Monuments Service's description
This record is for the original location of a large gateway that stood in front of the 17th-century fortified house at Leamaneh (CL016-032003-) along the line of a wall defining a courtyard. The gateway was moved to Dromoland castle in 1907 where it serves as the entrance to a walled garden. See CL042-063003- for present location and description.
