The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in an area of rock outcrop and scrub. A limestone slab (L 2.03m; Wth 0.37m; T 0.16m), quarried out and raised to a working height and well finished. The area from where it was lifted is visible close by. It is likely to have been hewn out of the rock in the 18th century and intended for use elsewhere as was a similar slab (CL010-237---) 40m to NW where the inscription can still be made out in wet conditions. Two other similar slabs (CL010-131----) were quarried out and lie 50m to NE and there are two more (CL010-213----) some 500m to SW. This quarry was reported to the National Monuments Service by Nick Geh.
