The National Monuments Service's description

On the semi-karst summit plateau of Slieve Roe, commanding wide views from E to S. Documented and reported to the National Monuments Service in 2006 by Elizabeth Gills. This small subcircular cairn (circumference 21.6m; 7.7m E-W; 7.2m N-S; H 1.8m) mostly comprises medium/large stones, loosely piled on a rubble base. There are several possible kerbstones set on edge around the perimeter, most visibly on the W side.
