The National Monuments Service's description

At the highest point of the gently NW-sloping karst limestone summit plateau of Mullagh More, with land to the SE sloping steeply to a natural terrace. A subcircular cairn (c. 11.5m NE-SW; c. 10m NW-SE; H c. 2m) with a conical shape.
