The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a small rocky ledge with lower ground to NW and SE. Noted during inspection in the area in 1999 as a possible cashel but found to be an enclosure (diam. c. 20m) of modern construction defined by a drystone wall enclosing an uneven rocky area. An adjoining enclosure of similar date was noted at NW.
