The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on level ground near the centre of a small field. Listed as ‘House site, possible’ in the RMP (1996). Indicated as ‘ancient dwelling’ on a set of annotated maps in 1994 (pers. comm. T. Coffey, SMR file). On inspection in 1999 this was found to be a subrectangular enclosure (diam. 10.6m) of apparently modern construction defined by a narrow stone wall (H 0.8m; Wth 0.25-0.4m).
