The National Monuments Service's description

Situated in the centre of an enclosure (CL010-098----), in the NE corner of a natural hollow or quarry (c. 25m ENE-WSW; c. 15m NNW-SSE). Indicated on Robinson’s (1977) map. This undifferentiated souterrain is aligned ENE-WNW. The W end of the passage appears to have been broken in the distant past. A section of the rock-cut N wall (L 3.4m; H 1m) at this end is still intact, but the S wall cannot be traced; it is marked by a pile (diam. 3.5m) of loose stones, but the wall here appears to have been built of quite regular limestone blocks. The E section (L 3.8m) of the souterrain is still covered. It is entered through an opening (Wth 1.1m; H 0.9m) from the broken W side. The covered walls of the passage (max. H 1.15m) are largely rock-cut. There is a step up (H 0.5m) in the passage 1.8m from the natural rock-face forming its E end-wall (Wth 0.9m; H 0.8m). The covered part of the passage is roofed with six lintels.
