The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a high grassy ridge and within a large field system (CL010-064001-). Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). Indicated by a solid line on the 1916 OS 6-inch map. On inspection in 1999 this was found to be a small enclosure (diam. 12m) defined by a wall of apparently modern construction comprising stone slabs.
