On a SW-facing semi-karst slope in rough pasture within an extensive multiperiod field system (CL010-064001-). Indicated on the 1842 and 1920 eds. of the OS 6-inch map, and labelled ‘Sheepfold’ on the 1897 OS 25-inch plan. This subrectangular enclosure (19m E-W; 16m N-S) is defined by a stone wall of slabs set on edge. There is an entrance in the NE corner. Two animal pens are built against the outside of the S wall. A small modern corbelled pen lies c. 19 to the NW.
