The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on the S slopes of a ridge. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996) under the number CL010-062----. Indicated on the 1840 OS 6-inch map by a solid line. On inspection in 1999 this was found to be a roughly rectangular enclosure (c. 10m NW-SE; c. 13m NE-SW) defined by an apparently modern narrow wall built of small loose slabs. There is a gap at the N end of the W wall.
