The National Monuments Service's description

In low-lying, wet pasture, with streams flowing to the S and E. Listed as ‘Fulachta fiadh’ in the RMP (1996). This fulacht fia comprises an elongated suboval mound (14m NNE-SSW; 6m ENE-WSW at N; av. H 1-1.2m) overgrown by trees, briars, moss and ferns but with exposed burnt stone and ash visible. The N end of the mound overlies a bedrock outcrop and there is a spread of burnt stone immediately to the W. A second fulachta fia (CL010-037003-) lies immediately adjacent to the S, and a third (CL010-037004-) a few metres beyond that. It appears that the two most northerly fulachta fia (CL010-037002-) and (CL010-037003-) were originally conjoined, but were separated by a later field wall. There is a holy well (CL010-038001-) c. 20m to the N.
