The National Monuments Service's description

Near the top of a gentle N-facing slope, in rough pasture within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-059001-). This wedge tomb is embedded in the centre of a grass-covered circular mound (6.1m N-S; 5.9m E-W; H 0.7-1m). The E part of the mound is overlain by a field bank of earth and stone. The tomb is oriented E-W, and is lined by upright N and S sidestones (L 1.6m each; max. H 0.8m) which are 0.9m apart at the E and 0.55m apart at the W. The E end of the tomb is loosely closed by a smaller upright slab; two other small slabs block the W end. The floor of the tomb is lower than the mound surface. There are two arcs of upright slabs outside the tomb, also embedded in the mound and following its curvature. These may be part of a kerbing or outer wall. The W arc (L 3.7m) comprises five stones (L 0.4-1.1m; max. H 0.4m). There are at least three stones (L 0.5-0.95m; max. H 0.5m) in the E arc (L 2.5m). In both arcs the largest stone is at the N, due E and W of the tomb. Another upright slab (L 0.85m) is set to the S of the S sidestone.
